Growing our mark.

In 2019, we launched Every Child Central Oregon to recruit foster families and support children in care. As we grew, we saw an even greater need. Families were struggling long before foster care ever became a reality, and many of their challenges fell outside the scope of our Every Child initiatives.
By 2022, we knew we had to do more. We began building new programs to serve families at risk of child welfare involvement.
In 2024, we created Marked For Love to expand our impact. Every Child Central Oregon continues its vital work, but now it lives under the Marked For Love umbrella, alongside additional programs that provide essential resources to families who need them most.

By 2035, Marked For Love envisions becoming the trusted resource and premier service provider for individuals impacted by the child welfare system. We aim to serve as a key partner alongside governments, nonprofits, and regional organizations while using data-driven advocacy to address systemic challenges like homelessness, poverty, and generational foster care. Our presence will be strong across Central Oregon’s three counties, six major cities, and the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs, with services expanding through strategic partnerships.

Real change begins with deep, authentic relationships, where we are present enough to see, hear, and understand the realities of those we serve. We partner with like-minded organizations to combine strengths and resources, ensuring that every effort contributes to meaningful, sustainable impact. Our approach goes beyond charity, grounded in a radical generosity that honors the humanity of every child and family we support. Guided by data and driven by purpose, we focus on solutions that create long-term stability while advocating for systemic change within foster care and child welfare.
